2020年12月7日，省人民政府第92次常务会议审议通过《湖南省电动自行车管理办法》(以下简称《办法》)，2020年12月21日，省委副书记、代省长毛伟明签署第302号省政府令颁布。《办法》将于2021年3月1日起施行。
